Cleenki is a Stockholm-based app that connects customers with reliable, independent professional cleaners. You book, pay and manage everything directly in the app — no phone calls, no paperwork.
We currently operate in Stockholm and the surrounding municipalities, including Solna, Sundbyberg, Nacka, Lidingö, Bromma, Östermalm, Södermalm, Kungsholmen and Vasastan. We are expanding — follow us on social media for updates.

We offer home cleaning, moving cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, viewing cleaning and custom cleaning. All services can be booked directly in the app.
Pricing & payment
Home cleaning costs from 480 SEK/h. With the RUT deduction you only pay from 240 SEK/h. The final price depends on the size of your home and how often you book.
Moving cleaning starts from 3 960 SEK (from 1 980 SEK with RUT). The price varies depending on the size of the home and any additional services such as window cleaning.
Window cleaning is priced from 200 SEK per window (from 100 SEK with RUT). The total cost depends on the number of windows and their accessibility.
Payment is handled securely in the app. You pay after the service is completed. The RUT deduction is applied automatically — you only pay the reduced amount.
No. The price you see in the app is the price you pay. The RUT deduction is applied automatically with no extra administration fees.
Booking & customisation
Download the Cleenki app, choose your service, frequency, date and time. The whole booking takes under 2 minutes and you get a confirmation immediately in the app.
Yes. You can book a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly cleaning. Recurring bookings are discounted and you keep the same cleaner each time.
Yes. Once you have had a cleaner you like, you can request the same person for future bookings. Availability may vary.
Absolutely. You can add notes in the app — for example if there are pets, allergies, specific areas to focus on, or access instructions.
No. Many customers leave a key or door code. You will receive a notification in the app when the cleaning is done and another if anything needs your attention.
What is included
A standard home cleaning includes vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning the kitchen (worktops, hob, sink, exterior of appliances), cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower/bath, mirrors), dusting surfaces, and emptying bins.
Moving cleaning is a thorough clean of the entire home. It includes cleaning inside all cupboards and drawers, inside the fridge and oven, all surfaces, floors, bathrooms and windows (if booked). It meets the requirements of a Swedish handover inspection (besiktning).
Deep cleaning is a more thorough version of a home cleaning. It includes everything in a standard clean plus cleaning inside cupboards, behind appliances, skirting boards, light fixtures and other hard-to-reach areas.
Yes, professional cleaning products and equipment are included. If you have preferences or allergies, you can let us know in the app and the cleaner will adapt accordingly.
Safety & quality
Yes. All cleaners on Cleenki go through a thorough background check, ID verification and personal interview before being approved. We only accept cleaners who meet our quality standards.
Contact us via the app and we will send a cleaner back to fix it — free of charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
After every completed job, customers can rate and leave feedback for the cleaner. Cleaners who do not maintain a high rating are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
Yes. All bookings made through Cleenki include liability coverage. If anything is accidentally damaged during a cleaning, contact us via the app and we will resolve it.
Cancellations & changes
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before the booked time, directly in the app.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. The exact fee is shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.
Yes. You can pause a recurring booking at any time in the app — for example if you are going on holiday. The subscription will resume automatically when you want it to.
RUT deduction in detail
The RUT deduction (Rutavdrag) is a Swedish tax reduction of up to 50% for household services such as home cleaning. It is available to anyone who pays income tax in Sweden.
Cleenki handles all the administration automatically. You simply pay the reduced price in the app — we claim the RUT deduction directly from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) on your behalf.
Anyone who pays income tax in Sweden is eligible. There is an annual cap of 75 000 SEK per person. Your remaining RUT balance is visible on the Skatteverket website.
The RUT deduction applies to home cleaning, moving cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, viewing cleaning and custom cleaning. It covers the labour cost but not materials.
If you have reached the annual cap of 75 000 SEK, the full price will apply for the remainder of the year. The cap resets on 1 January each year.
For cleaners
Fill in the application form on our Work with us page. It takes about 5 minutes. We will then contact you for a brief interview and ID/background check. If approved, you can start accepting bookings.
You need the right to work in Sweden, be able to communicate in Swedish or English, and have access to a smartphone. All applicants must pass our background check and interview.
Earnings depend on how many jobs you take and your availability. Many of our cleaners earn 10 000–20 000 SEK per month on a part-time basis, and more full-time.
Payouts are made weekly and are fully transparent. You can see your real-time earnings in the app at any time.
Yes. You set your own availability and can accept or decline any booking request. You are in full control of your schedule.
